Summary

The Office & Client coordinator will be responsible for the organization of daily office tasks and client relations in regards to all custom orders, weddings and events.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responding to Emails

  • Answering Phone Calls

  • Keeping Calendars Updated with Events

  • Sending Invoices

  • Coordinating Delivery and Set-up of Weddings and Events

  • Set-up and Conduct Wedding Tastings

  • Working with Clients to Design Custom Orders

  • Social Media and Website Updates

  • Cross Training to Work Front of House

Logistics

  • 38-40 Hours a Week

  • Wednesday - Sunday

  • Weekend Availability is a Must
