The Office & Client coordinator will be responsible for the organization of daily office tasks and client relations in regards to all custom orders, weddings and events.
Main Responsibilities
Responding to Emails
Answering Phone Calls
Keeping Calendars Updated with Events
Sending Invoices
Coordinating Delivery and Set-up of Weddings and Events
Set-up and Conduct Wedding Tastings
Working with Clients to Design Custom Orders
Social Media and Website Updates
Cross Training to Work Front of House
